Naaz Computer Social Foundation is a group of young corporate professionals who came together in 2008 to set up Naaz Computer Social Foundation to work with grassroots initiatives for effecting positive changes in the lives of underprivileged children, their families and communities. N.C.S.F serves all people regardless of religion, caste, race, ethnicity or gender. N.C.S.F works through long-term sustainable community development programmes and immediate disaster relief assistance. Naaz Computer Social Foundation is to empower underprivileged children, youth and women through relevant education, innovative healthcare and market-focused livelihood programmes.
Naaz Foundation Twin e-Learning Programme (STeP) evolved as a logical linkage to Mission Education, based on the need to provide employability skills to high school pass-outs and urban underprivileged youth to enhance their prospects of employment in the fast expanding retail, hospitality and service sectors.
Plantation is good for environment. Trees remove carbon dioxide from the air as they grow, tree planting can be used as a geoengineering technique to remove CO2 from the atmosphere. Desert greening projects are also motivated by improved biodiversity and reclamation of natural water systems, but also improved economy and social welfare due to increased number of jobs in farming and forestry.
Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is the flagship scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). The objective of this Skill Certification Scheme is to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood. Individuals with prior learning experience or skills will also be assessed and certified under Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
Mission Education is a national level programme of Naaz Foundation, which is committed to providing basic education and healthcare to underprivileged children. Naaz Foundation believes that whether you are addressing healthcare, poverty, population control, unemployment or human rights, there's no better place to start than in the corridors of education.
Even after decades of freedom, India is struggling to provide basic health services to its people. According to government sources, in India 45 children die every hour due to respiratory infections. 1 child dies every 2 minutes due to diarrhoea. And annually, about 2 million children under 5 years of age die due to preventable diseases.
“He who has health has hope; and he who has hope has everything” -Arabic proverb India has made rapid strides in the health sector since independence. However, various eye opening data from NFHS clearly indicate that access to healthcare still remains a challenge.
